Project Overview
Our HR Management design caters to two distinct users: employees and administrators. For employees, the platform serves as a comprehensive tool for tracking work hours, staying updated with company news, and requesting leave. On the administrator side, the focus is on efficiently managing employees and divisions, monitoring performance, handling leave requests, overseeing recruitment processes, and managing the recruitment workflow seamlessly.

The Challanges
This is my first project at work, where I've learned to navigate acceptance criteria, communicate with product owners and developers, give feedback, and offer suggestions.
Result
Our user experience prioritizes simplicity and efficiency. Employees can easily apply for leave through the application or web interface, eliminating the need for repetitive letter writing and signatures traditionally required for HR submissions. On the HR side, managing data becomes streamlined, replacing manual Excel processes with automated systems. The HR team is delighted with the outcome and eagerly anticipates future enhancements.
